On Saturday 21 January 2012, we held the Wotton Rovers Shirt Raffle.
The lucky winner was The Wotton Cinema!
We have had an excellent response from many local companies and organisations as our President, Martyn Excell, said in his recent letter to the Gazette.
I hope that you are not too disappointed but I am sure that you will agree that it is good news that a worthy local organisation that does so much for the community will be our shirt sponsors.
We will be making an announcement in the local press very shortly and we are also planning to display a list of all the participants on the pre film programme in the Wotton Cinema.
You may be interested to know that Wotton Rovers are a FA Chartered Standard Community Club, 1 of just 3 in the County. We run 3 senior and 19 junior teams, providing sport and recreation for some 40+ men and youths and 300 boys and girls every weekend.
